“My goal,” says Jane, “is twofold: to enable people to be the best and most authentic version of themselves; and to build rewarding relationships – with individuals, with teams, with whole organisations…” She works experientially. Focusing on body, voice, language and mindset, she helps her clients understand which of their communication strategies work for them, and where they need to evolve new ones, and helps them find and practise new ways of communicating. Jane trained as an actor at the Guildhall and at Yale, has worked at a global media organisation and is a television screenwriter. She brings all three – her acting and writing skills, and her business experience – to bear upon her work as a communications coach at AGL. She is certified in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Clean Language coaching, and is an SDI (Strength Deployment Inventory) practitioner. Recent screenwriting projects include Fortitude and The Split.
