Ben spent 13 years in the armed forces as an advisor to Admirals and Generals around the world. He served as Spokesperson for EU forces in Bosnia & Herzegovina and led high-profile diplomatic projects in the Middle East and Latin America.
He now shares his experience through consultancy and training that brings military briefing techniques to the commercial sector. Insurance, banking, construction and legal firms have all credited him with transforming the way they communicate.
Ben is also a speechwriter for a diverse range of CEOs, and a two-time Cicero World Speechwriting Award winner, earning the 2024 prize for his work with Google on communicating the benefits of AI, and the 2025 award in the Controversial & Highly Politicised category.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Communication from Kings College London.
