Tom is the beating heart of AGL, collaborating with coaches and clients alike to deliver the AGL magic. Tom is particularly involved in the running of AGL’s Future Leaders’ Workshops, alongside Alice Armstrong Scales, a key part of AGL’s mission to help all leaders, present and future, communicate with impact.
He has a Graduate Diploma in Law from The City University and a degree in History from the University of Edinburgh; international by design, he also spent a year studying History at Georgetown University in Washington DC and is an explorer by nature. Aside from history, Tom’s special interests are politics, theatre and the AGL Dog, Mollie.
