Raine joined AGL over the summer of 2024, having worked previously as an English editor, Research Assistant, Event Coordinator and Executive Assistant.
Born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa, Raine studied Organisational and Clinical Psychology at the University of Cape Town before furthering her studies and earning an honour’s degree in Clinical Psychology. During the latter part of her studies, she authored a thesis in which she explored the long-term psychological effects of Covid-encephalopathy.
Raine is passionate about understanding what makes people tick and leveraging that understanding to help organisations and individuals thrive. With that in mind, she joins AGL as Office Manager with a wealth of experience in keeping a well-oiled machine running and a long-standing drive to bring out the best in people.
Having recently moved from Sweden to England, Raine spends much of her free time exploring London. She is a firm believer that one should always live as though they were a tourist in their city so as to never lose the wonder and appreciation of the world around them. She also enjoys a good puzzle.
