Jenn works at AGL as a senior communications coach and facilitator. She specialises in the design and delivery of our coaching and training programmes, for both individuals and groups, in the professional services, financial, consumer, legal, engineering and creative industries. Jenn is passionate about helping her clients to deepen their skilfulness and self-awareness as communicators so that they can bring people with them and get things done.
Her passion for adult learning has defined her career. Before joining AGL ten years ago, she spent five years as a Specialist in Learning & Development at Christie’s, the international art business. During this time, she completed an MSc in Human and Organisational Development and wrote a thesis on the role that communication and storytelling plays in helping employees learn complex skills on the job.
She grew up between northern Italy and the West Midlands and has always been fascinated by the relationship between language and belonging. This led her to study for her undergraduate degree in Italian & Spanish at Cambridge University, after which she took up a scholarship in Linguistics on Master of Arts Programme at the University of Chicago.
