Georgina joined in 2024 as Client Director, having worked in finance and investment banking for nearly 20 years.
A lover of language and communication from a young age, Georgina chose to study English Literature and Language at Oxford University. On graduating she started her career in investment banking with Merrill Lynch in London and then moved to Australia to work for JP Morgan. She then transitioned to working for a private equity firm based in South Africa, in their London office. Prior to joining AGL, Georgina was an adviser to multiple high-growth early-stage companies in London. Georgina is a specialist in building key stakeholder relationships with the overall aim of improving corporate reach and reputation to enable effective capital-raising and business growth.
Throughout her career, Georgina has recognised the importance of good communication underpinning great leadership and in bringing about positive outcomes. She is now focused on bringing transformative coaching to AGL’s new and existing clients.
