Future Leaders

We help future leaders become great communicators.

Future Leaders are young people starting out in work.

They are literally the Future Leaders of today’s companies.

Our clients are investing in their young leaders like never before. They want to retain and engage their young talent and help them to succeed.

We believe and know from experience, that great communication can be taught. We know it is the fundamental skillset which enables people to achieve greater things and have the potential to become exceptional leaders. Essentially to be a step ahead.

At AGL we have spent years working alongside young people, L&D experts and HR executives, to develop what we believe to be one of the most progressive and relevant workshops for young people today.

  • I arrived excited for whatever was planned, and I am leaving with any expectations blown out of the water. Their passion was infectious.

The Workshop

We work with our clients on the design and delivery of each workshop to ensure that our training is perfectly adapted to their needs. AGL’s workshops are dynamic, engaging, interactive and collaborative. We combine communication training with NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and High-Performance coaching. A workshop could include the following topics:

  • Building a Personal Narrative
  • Presentation Skills
  • The power of storytelling
  • Active Listening
  • NLP Anchoring
  • Self-Awareness
  • Self-Regulation
  • Social Skills
  • Empathy
  • Motivation
  • Positive Mindset Practices
  • Giving & Asking for Receiving Feedback
  • Difficult Conversations
  • Networking Skills
  • Team Building Skills
  • Performance under Pressure.
‘Putting it into Practice’ Session

This session usually takes place after the workshop. We support Future Leaders in delivering a presentation to their managers. This gives them the opportunity to practice presenting under pressure and have feedback on their performance. Alongside the presentations, we invite the managers to give advice to the future leaders and ask them questions to help promote cross-pollination within the business and encourage the building of networks.

The AGL Knowledge Library

The “AGL Knowledge Library” is an online service that provides Future Leaders with easy access to materials from the workshop. The library provides a reference point for skills learnt on the workshop and a platform for further professional development. Access to the library is exclusive to AGL Future Leaders.
