For over 10 years now, Maria has worked regularly with executives, managers and graduates in the financial services, insurance, retail and pharmaceutical sectors as well as in the public sector and for charities.
Maria has a deep expertise in communication skills, equality, diversity, inclusion & belonging training as well as helping clients with wellbeing and resilience. This broad range of subjects reflects her passion for helping people communicate at their best wherever they find themselves and for creating healthy cultures in the workplace.
In a life before coaching, Maria worked in advertising. She holds an MA in Communication and Cultural Studies and a PG Dip in Career Coaching.
Maria is truly cosmopolitan and loves teaching international clients: originally from Spain, she grew up in Germany and has been based in the UK for the last sixteen years. While she almost universally coaches in English, she is at ease working in German and Spanish too.
