Kate Williams

Kate is an executive coach, consultant, and facilitator with 20 years’ experience working with leaders across most sectors to make positive, lasting changes. Her primary focus is nowleadership coaching – 1:1, in teams or groups – and she consults on team effectiveness and organisational change.

Typically Kate works with senior leaders, and often with those who are at a transition point in their career. She has broad sector experience covering financial services, professional services, retail, FMCG, creative sector, local government and the third sector. Her clients range from startups to FTSE30 companies, with many shapes and sizes in between.

She started her career in the voluntary sector, spending nearly 10 years at Cancer Research UK where she led strategic change programmes. She has spent the last decade in consulting, first as a strategy consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and then at The Mind Gym where she was a Director for five years delivering client programmes.

Kate holds an MPhil in Philosophy from the University of Cambridge, and is accredited as a coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).  She is also accredited as an Action Learning facilitator, and to deliver Insights Discovery, MAPP and PROPHET psychometric tools.
