Our Young Talent Workshop provides young people with all the support they need to thrive in the work environment. The workshop is entirely focused on helping them to learn how to communicate at their absolute best; how to make the most of their talent and how to understand and harness their emotions so that they can use them to their advantage.
Our two-day workshop focuses on confident communication and emotional intelligence which will help your young people make the most of their talent.
We bring together lessons from neuroscience and psychology with our first-hand experience of working with leaders in business as speech writers, communication coaches and EQ experts. We weave in case studies and AGL’s own tools and models to make lessons learnt immediately practical for life in work.
Participants will be awarded an AGL Certificate of Training and will have access to the AGL Knowledge Library, containing exclusive content.
