Who We Are

We also work with...

We also work with an extended team of associates who we’ve collaborated with for years;  from writers through to communication, voice and executive coaches to specific media and platform specialists.

AGL was founded over a decade ago by Anthony Gordon Lennox, known to many as Ant.

Before AGL, he had worked in television - on Question Time with David Dimbleby and in politics with the likes of William Hague and David Cameron. He came to realise how difficult it was for society’s leaders, and especially its business leaders, to communicate as themselves rather than as talking heads, with all the frustrations that followed.  He set up AGL to help them.

After many successful years, Ant died of a short illness in 2017. The core team, who worked side-by-side with Ant for years, have continued and expanded his work, guided by his vision and values.

AGL is led now by Ant’s sister, Lucy. Under her leadership, we continue the work we have always done, and have extended and formalised our work with younger people: creating the Young Talent Programme; continuing our ambitions in relation to schools; and becoming the UK sponsor for the digital wellness charity, LookUp Live.
