Lucy Gordon Lennox

Lucy has been Chairman of AGL since October 2018 and part of the company since the beginning. As chair, Lucy has been the driving force behind evolving AGL and introducing our Future Leaders’ Programme, helping young people thrive in their careers. She pioneered AGL’s partnership with LookUp Live, an international youth digital wellbeing charity, and spoke at their virtual Youth4Youth Summit in 2021.

Before AGL, Lucy worked in education and as a photographer. She taught in apartheid-era townships in South Africa; worked, just after the fall of Ceausescu, in one of Romania’s then notorious orphanages; and founded The Daisy Chain Montessori School a successful South London nursery school, which she subsequently sold to a chain of nurseries.

While living in New York Lucy studied at the International Centre of Photography; Lucy’s ‘The Word on the Street’ polaroid series focused on how people communicate through graffiti and street art in cities. She studied at the NLP Centre in New York City and is a trained NLP practitioner and mentor.
