Clare heads up AGL’s Young Talent Programme which helps young people develop stronger emotional intelligence and communication skills so that they are ready to succeed at work. An experienced coach, she has worked with people of all ages and levels, and is a trained psychologist, with specialist training in neurodiversity and helping neurodiverse individuals thrive in the workplace.

She has 12 years’ experience as a TV News journalist.  Working as a reporter and programme editor for the BBC and ITN, she covered stories ranging from the London Olympics and the financial crisis to the Royal Wedding of 2011 and the death of Nelson Mandela.  Writing scripts for the likes of Jon Snow taught Clare to write powerfully and succinctly.

She also has experience in management consultancy, having worked as a fulltime Associate at Ketchum Change (now Daggerwing) on a range of change management, organisational transformation and employee engagement projects.  She has an MA in Classics from Oxford University and a Masters in Occupational Psychology from London University.
